Simple and portable simulation models and associated overlays teaching four High Acuity, Low Occurrence (HALO) procedures- cricothyrotomy, lateral canthotomy, gastroesophageal balloon tamponade, and tube thoracostomy. The models can be used for undergraduate and gradual medical education (UME & GME), interdisciplinary education, and personal skill maintenance.
